Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards only. You must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of these providers.
Your order is not fully processed until payment is received in our account. Upon confirmation of order, we will provide a confirmation of order outlining total fees and charges for the products/services in your order.
If you pay by card, you authorise us to debit the amount payable for an accepted order from your nominated account. For security, we carry out standard pre-authorisation checks on transactions prior to processing.
You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for any orders through any fraudulent or unlawful means. CIT will report any instances of credit card fraud to the relevant authorities.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall CIT be individually liable to the Buyer for any damages for breach of fiduciary duty by third-parties, unless the Company’s act or failure to act involves intentional misconduct, fraud, or a knowing violation of the law.
Notwithstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the Buyer and CIT acknowledge and agree that CIT will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
Delivery & Installation
Solar Water Heaters
Conserve it endeavours to have the unit installed 3 business days after deposit is confirmed. Conserve It will Endeavour to meet at all times the coordinated dates of delivery and installation Anytime or date for delivery however, stated by Conserve It is an estimate only, and Conserve It Shall not be liable to make good any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in delivery.
Photovoltaic Systems (PV)
CIT will deliver the PV System to the Site and carry out the installation within 2 – 4 weeks from the date cleared funds are received by CIT
All dates quoted for delivery and installation are approximate and time is not of the essence. CIT will not be liable to make good any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of any delay or failure in delivery
CIT will not be liable for any delay in delivery and/or installation due to matters beyond CIT’s reasonable control, your breach of this Agreement, or any negligent act, or omission by you, or any action whatsoever by a third-party
The price of the PV System (incl. installation) (the “Price”) to be paid by you and terms of payment is as stated on the Quotation. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as G.C.T) unless otherwise stated.
CIT may, by giving notice to you at any time, increase the Price to reflect any increase in the cost of the PV System or the cost of installation that is due to (a) matters outside CIT’s control (including changes in foreign exchange rates); (b) a request by you to change the specifications; or any delay occasioned by you or your failure to provide complete and accurate information
Default on any payment: interest will accrue daily on the overdue amount at a rate of 5% per month from the due date until full payment is received The PV System and all its components remain the property of CIT until full payment is received.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
Should non-completion, partial completion or return of goods for any reason be occasioned by the buyer Conserve It (CIT) shall be entitled to payment in respect of all works carried out. A minimum fee of 20% of the installed cost shall be paid by the purchaser in such circumstances. If payment was received by credit card, a 5% surcharge will apply Should the equipment fall below the specified performance arising as a result of a defect in Workmanship or material, Conserve It will at its own option restore the system to the specified performance.
Exchange Policy
(a) Only during applicable warranty period eligible for full exchange of items
(b) Restore level of service or production
Deposit Policy
Solar Water Heaters require a 70% up front deposit,on the balance of quoted cost for supply and installation. The goods shall remain in the property of Conserve It until full payment is made by the customer who shall be solely responsible for the said payment thereof.
In the event that the buyer defaults in payments, Conserve It by its agent and/or duly appointed representatives shall be entitled to enter upon the premises where installed for the purpose of removing all the equipment so installed by Conserve It.
A finance charge of 5% per month will be charged on all accounts which remain unpaid after installation date or within the time specified.
